We can offer a range of expertise, including but by no means limited to the following: We serve mainly those companies who do business in the West Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area - i.e. Goodyear, Avondale and the surrounding areas. Our own offices are in the same vicinity, affording our clients the luxury of fast response times in the case of emergencies. We charge no 'call-out' fee, billing only the hours we have worked, and we rarely charge for phonecalls or similar items.

We also are proud to offer an online invoicing system, allowing our clients to view the full details of work already carried out through our website. It will soon be possible to search these records by project, consultant, or even keyword searches. We have provided this as an alternative to the practice of searching through back issues of invoices to find only limited information.

Web Services

We offer a range of services, catering to those new to the web and also to those who already have a web presence. Our primary focus is small businesses with or without e-commerce requirements, but larger projects are extremely welcome and accommodated.

We offer a variety of complementary services to get your site ready, available and to keep it maintained:


Research indicates that a small business should be expected to pay somewhere in the region of $2,000 to $5,000 for an entry-level, professionally designed website. Our rates are variable and flexible, allowing for the budget of a small business, but do reflect the quality of our work. A much lower rate will soon be available based on utilisation of template sites.

We offer three different payment options (with one more to follow) to make owning a professional website as affordable as possible for the small business.

  1. Upon mutual quote agreement, 25% of the total quote amount will be payable by the customer to enable us to begin work on the project. Upon completion, the remaining 75% will be payable.
  2. A monthly sum payable for 12 to 36 months, starting from date of quote agreement. During the initial design phase, if the website is waiting on Sajata Web Services, the month's fee is waived. If the website is waiting on the customer, the month's fee is still required. Cancellation terms : 3 month's fees, website is removed from Internet. Early payment : 105% of fees remaining. This includes hosting and domain registration, but not maintenance (unless updates are negligible or Sajata Web Services' fault).
  3. For E-Commerce type sites: Free website design (hosting fee and domain name fees still apply). A mutually agreed percentage of all sales (based on advertised price of product, but not including shipping or handling) made directly through the website for the duration of the first 36 months will be payable to Sajata Web Services.
    Example:
    If you sell handmade lamps and each one lists on the website for $75. For the sake of the example, the agreed percentage is 15%. Say you have an order come through the website for 10 lamps. The total made would be $750. Obviously there would be shipping and handling on this, but shipping and handling costs would not be figured into the 15%, thus Sajata Web Services would receive $112.50 for this order. You would receive $637.50 (plus whatever you charge for S&H).
